Reward Found in Synchronous Teaching English at SMA Muhammadiyah Malang

چکیده

To increase teaching learning better, it is needed the students’ involvement in process of education through giving motivation as students are lack confident, afraid to make mistake and shy communicate English. The aims this article elaborate rewards its type found Synchronous Asynchronous Teaching English At SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. This research was applied qualitative design dig out problems kind at I subjects two teachers Malang while get data used focus group discussion observation. Based on FGD observation, Good, OK, Amazing, Best answer, Nice Good Best, Excellent, Try again, try, Giving thumb, thumbs, applause, Smiling, Clapping shoulder students, Money, Book or novel, Score whereas compliment, gesture, present combining compliment gesture also double well gesture.
